Attendance will be taken and the session will be recorded. You will receive an email with the Zoom link a day before the class.

After the introduction, we will learn to model a simple object to be chosen from a list of class samples. This class will go over the interface and basic commands to introduce the essentials of Rhino. You might ask, why use Rhino rather than another 3D modeling application? Fundamentally, Rhino allows users to 3D model curvy or "scupltural" shapes somewhat easier, and with superior control, compared to other applications built for parametric solid modeling. While it may look daunting, Rhino is an intuitive tool for those with previous CAD background knowledge and, even those with less 3D modeling experience can grasp the essential functionality quickly. Rhinoceros (Rhino) is a 3D surface modeling application often used in product design and architecture disciplines.
